i have to admit that without thierry we are nowhere near the same team. we stillhave good players but our play seems to lack conviction and direction. i think its time for the other player to stand up and be counted, instaed of waiting for someone else to do it for them.
Just a thought |

| tottally agree with that we looked good going foward at times but we need somebody with that killer instint in him to take it on i think thierry would have had a field day today if he was there i think thun were weak but we lacked penatration in my eyes. |

I think a proven striker who prowls around in the box is a nevessary purchase to alleviate this problem. With Henry and the new purchase leading the line, we can mature VanPersie and perhaps even Lupoli progressively, asa partners to either of the line leaders. _________________ Fortitudine Vincimus. |

Robbie Keane starts most games on the bench under Jol, and is probably not happy doing so. I do think he is a quality striker who is yet to be used to his full potential. Should we poach him from the Spuds? _________________ Fortitudine Vincimus. |

robbie Keane is a fantastic player but would they let him go to us i tend to think not really to be honest with you
i am a bit lost to think of a player that would be a in the box poacher at the moment i have always thought we should try for Dean Ashton i think given the service he would be supereb but a major gamble would arsene go for it |

I agree with the constraints you posit. Was a thought that came to me as I watched him get a good goal against the Villans.
On a lighter vein, perhaps we can divert Jol's attention to an attractive midfielder somewhere, and suggest selling Keane to raise funds.
Djibril Cisse, again unhappy at Liverpool, and in my opinion not at all utilised properly and to his full potential, seems another option worth thinking about.
Wenger is probably the best manager to bring out a player's potential.
Cisse anyone? _________________ Fortitudine Vincimus. |
